Fuerteventura’s International Open Water Fishing Contest, celebrated yearly since 1995 in Gran Tarajal’s sport port, is a world wide known competition. Gran Tarajal (inside Tuineje’s municipality) gets a massive affluence of yachts and boats every year searching for the Blue Marlin.
